RIP Little Nippie.

We had to make the hard decision last night to let her go. She lived a good, long life with us, 16 years. The end came suddenly, just two weeks ago she was romping and playing, but something changed about 10 days ago. She stopped eating and had a dramatic down-slide. We worked with our Vet, Dr. Bailey, to save her but it became a question of quality of life and it just wasn't there anymore.

So we made the hard decision to let her go. It would have been selfish to try and hold onto her longer, it was time. We love our little girl. She's crossed the bridge and is now romping and playing with our Millie.

Love you little Noo.

Well I've been away from stitching for quite some time...hard to believe 4 years. I've had some trouble with carpal tunnel and tendinitis, but taking time off seems to have helped.

I've unpacked my stitching supplies, set up my floor stand and brought out a couple of WIPs and joined a new SAL. I'm thinking of joining the Spring Stitching exchange on HOE, time to sift through my patterns and find something fun. I am nearly done with LHN Peace and Plenty...I can't believe I started it so long ago and never finished. I have just the apples to go along the bottom so plan to finish it up this week.

I just picked up LHN Virtues - Hope from my LNS on Saturday. I've joined Vonna's SAL to keep on track with this monthly project. Setting up my floor stand and being able to just plop down for a few minute without having to "unpack" everything should help me stick with it.

Well that's it for now, hopefully I'll have some pics to post soon. Funny how the first virtue is HOPE!!
